Riverside Family Hotel - Yambol

Very good stay, we were there for 1 day. Location: the hotel was right by the airport, town centre and the restaurant. And it's not too far away from Kushtata, ate there once or twice. The food was outstanding with a wide range of alternatives.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the town centre, banks, and city center, with the added bonus of a restaurant for hosting parties.

The room was spacious with a balcony where we spent the whole day, the service was excellent and we had a great time, planning to stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent price, condition of room,

Nice and spacious rooms, clean. Breakfast is nice (although they tend to burn the omelet). Location is good and there is a street parking in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly.

The staff was pleasant and nice, always there to help. Reasonably spacious and huge room with central heating, an iron, and a work desk. - the location of the hotel was great and unbeatable - within easy walking distance of Central City Park. - the food we tried was reasonably priced and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

The heating in the room had been switched-off during the day and upon arriving in the evening the room was freezingly cold and although the staff switched on the heating for a few hours it was that first night only possible to heat the room with the air-conditioning unit (the normal heating of the hotel seems to be switched off at night). The second night there was no problem because I switched-on the room heating during the day and in that case the night temperature is fine.

The location here is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and accommodating, creating a pleasant stay.

The breakfast had appetising food choices. the single room had 2 big balconies, a seating area perfect for working with a laptop, and a large comfortable bed.

The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the center of Yambol. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all in place. The room I stayed in had a balcony, which was a nice addition, and the bed was large and comfortable. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

All was fine, no complaints.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was very convenient as it was very close to the city center and a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were also very clean and tidy. The parking outside the hotel was great and I had no problem finding a spot to park my car. the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
